  • Is delivery included in the listed rental rates?

    Delivery charges are not incorporated into the listed rental rates. For precise delivery pricing, please contact our office with your location details, allowing us to provide an accurate quote.
  • What types of equipment do you rent?

    Our rental inventory encompasses a diverse range of equipment, including construction tools, landscaping machinery, and power tools. For a comprehensive list, we recommend contacting our office directly or browsing our online catalog.
  • Who can rent equipment from LongLeaf Rentals?

    LongLeaf Rentals provides equipment rental services to both individuals and businesses. Renters must be at least 18 years of age and present a valid identification document.
  • Where are you located?

    Our office and equipment yard are situated at 1100 Chesterfield Hwy, Cheraw, SC. Clients are welcome to visit our location for in-person assistance or contact us via phone to arrange rentals.
  • What are your rental terms?

    Our rental terms vary based on the duration of use. Weekend rentals allow pickup on Saturday and return by Monday at 8:00 am, with a maximum of 8 hours usage. Overnight rentals span from 4:00 pm to 8:00 am the next day, allowing 4 hours of use. Half-day rentals provide 4 consecutive hours, while full-day rentals offer 24 hours with 8 hours of use. Weekly rentals last 7 days with 40 hours of use, and monthly rentals extend to 28 days with 160 hours of use. Additional usage beyond these limits is prorated.   • What do I need to bring to rent equipment?

    To rent equipment, customers are required to provide a valid photo identification and an acceptable form of payment.
  • How long can I rent equipment?

    We offer various rental durations to accommodate different project needs, including daily, weekly, and monthly options. Our team can assist in determining the most suitable rental term based on your specific project timeline.
  • What is your late return policy?

    Late returns are subject to additional fees. We request that customers inform us promptly if they anticipate any delays in returning the equipment.
  • Do I need to return equipment full of fuel?

    Equipment should be returned with a full fuel tank, as it is provided in this condition upon rental. Failure to do so will result in refueling fees. Alternatively, customers may inquire about our current fuel rates if they prefer us to handle the refueling.
  • How can I pay for my rental?

    We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and business checks. Payments can be processed in person at our location or through our online payment system.
